Because this butter is cocoa-rich, it behaves like real cocoa butter behaves. In cooler temperatures it can feel very firm, so scoop a small amount and warm it between your palms before applying. In warmer temperatures it may soften or melt, if that happens, stick it in the fridge to reset. If you live in a colder country, keeping it in a slightly warmer spot like a bathroom or kitchen helps it stay easy to use. If you’re in a warm climate like Ghana, you’re already in the sweet spot. Tip for storage
