Ghana Turmeric Mask (EXTERNAL USE ONLY)
What it is
Skin Gourmet Ghana Turmeric Mask is a two-ingredient powdered mask made with Ghana clay (ant mound clay) and pure turmeric powder, absolutely nothing else added. It’s harvested from nutrient-rich soil in Northern Ghana and blended to give you a brightening, refining, detox-style mask that feels simple, earthy, and effective.
Why it works (the “how,” not hype)
Turmeric is known for antioxidant and anti-inflammatory support, which is why it’s loved for helping skin look brighter, calmer, and more even over time.
Ghana clay is mineral-rich and helps lift excess oil and buildup, refine the look of pores, and leave skin feeling cleaner and smoother after rinsing.
Together, turmeric + clay give a gentle exfoliating effect as the mask dries, helping lift dullness and refine texture for that fresh, polished look.
Who it’s for (keeping it honest)
Best for normal, combination, and oily skin types, and for anyone looking for a brightening and clarifying ritual. If you have very sensitive or easily irritated skin, patch test first and shorten the time.

Cómo utilizarlo
Add 2 to 3 teaspoons into a bowl, then mix with water and let it sit for a few minutes to activate, it’s versatile.
Apply to clean face, body, or hair, avoiding the eye area, then leave for 10 to 15 minutes or until dry, it’s versatile.
Rinse thoroughly, then moisturize with one of our oils or butters, it’s versatile.
Use 2 to 3 times a week, and adjust based on how your skin feels, it’s versatile.
Mud-mask upgrade: mix the powder with Skin Gourmet liquid black soap until you get a smooth, muddy texture, then apply as a mask. For the gentlest version, use it with our Baobab Black Soap. When you’re done, wet your hands and scrub it off in circular motions, the soap + clay combo makes an excellent exfoliant, it’s versatile.
Toner-mask upgrade: instead of water, mix the powder with your favourite Skin Gourmet toner to create a more targeted, glow-boosting mask with a smoother spread, it’s versatile.
Optional boosters: add a small amount of apple cider vinegar or a drop of tea tree essential oil for a sharper clarifying feel, it’s versatile.

This product does not expire. Keep it closed and store in a cool, dark, dry place away from water.
