What it is

Skin Gourmet Raw Cocoa Butter is exactly what it says: 100% pure, unrefined cocoa butter, absolutely nothing else added. It’s a multi-use staple that works as a daily moisturizer for face, body, and hair, and yes, it’s edible too, a great vegan substitute for butter or cooking oil.

Tip

Best when used on damp or slightly wet skin.

Cocoa butter is a real butter, so it changes with temperature. In cooler weather it can feel very firm, scoop a little and warm it between your palms before applying. In hot weather it may soften or melt, if it does, stick it in the fridge to reset. If you live in a colder country, keeping it in a slightly warmer spot like a bathroom or kitchen helps it stay easy to use.
