Skin Gourmet Raw Shea Butter is 100% pure Butyrospermum parkii, raw and unrefined, absolutely nothing else added. Our shea nuts are gathered from the wild and processed by women in Northern Ghana, then kneaded by hand for a minimum of 40 minutes to create a butter that feels truly rich, smooth, and alive on the skin.<\/p>\n

We partner with MyDream.org, an NGO dedicated to positively impacting the community of Bognaayili through improved shea butter processing and other community-support activities.<\/p>\n

Best when used on damp or slightly wet skin, that\u2019s how you get maximum absorption and that plush, moisturised finish. This blend contains no preservatives, so use a preserving spoon if you can. If you insist on being handsy, stick it in the fridge. Store in a cool, dry place away from water and keep it closed when not in use. If it melts because it\u2019s that pure, just shake it and refrigerate for about an hour.<\/p>\n
